Animal welfare is always a priority at Gorgie City Farm. Our staff are trained and experienced in animal care. We have strong links with the Dick Veterinary School who attend and advise on our large animals, conduct student training on site and use our small animal facility for work placements. We also have an active relationship with the Scottish Rural University College. A local veterinary surgeon treats our smaller animals and any pet boarders who develop problems during their stay.
